Prohibited Conduct:

Suspension & Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

Access to certain courses may require an access code or administrator approval. Progress data, quiz results, and completion records are stored on the Platform and tied to your account.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and may modify, suspend, or discontinue course content at any time without liability.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Skillful Academy does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillful Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
